Chicken strawberry salad

Ingredients
Directions
2 cups of Fresh herb salad (mixed greens)2 oz of crumbled goat cheese (semi soft)4 large straberries5 or 6 unsalted cashew nutsa few slices of red onion3 ounces of cooked chicken breast (no skin)
Makes one serving (about 2 cups).
Wash the mixed greens and put in a bowl.
Add the goat cheese and the cashew nuts.
Cut the slices of onion in small pieces and add to the salad mix.
Cut the strawberries in quarters and add to the salad mix.
Top the salad mix with big pieces of the cooked chicken breast.
Note: This salad has enough moisture and doesn't need any dressing. If preferred, you can add balsamic vinegar and olive oil to taste.
Note #2; to add more fiber, I sometimes add one teaspoon of ground flaxseed, or salba.
