Orange Soy Ginger Pork Loin Chops

Ingredients
3 Tbsp orange marmalade4 tbsp lite soy sauce1 tbsp red curry paste (or to personal taste)1 package pork tenderloin chops (usually 4)1 tbsp ground ginger
Directions
Cook Pork chops as desired (grill, pan sear, roast, etc.) Melt marmalade, soy sauce, ginger, and curry paste together in small pot on stove until smooth. Spoon sauce over pork chops, serve immediately.
