Ingredients
1 Large Ripe Banana3 TBS Spenda1 cup reduced- fat milk1 1/4 cups frozen, unsweetened strawberries or blueberries
Directions
Cut banana up into small pieces and place in blender. Add strawberries, milk, and spenda. Enjoy!!! My recipe says it is only 130 calories, not 270 something....
