Slow-cooker Ham & Potatoes

Ingredients
5 potatoes, cubed1 1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed1 (15oz) can yellow corn1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup1/2 cup nonfat milk3 tbsp flour
Directions
Combine potatoes, ham, corn, green pepper, and onion in your slow cooker.
In separate bowl, stir together soup, milk, and flour until smooth. Pour soup mixture over ham and vegetables, and stir gently to coat.
Cover, and cook on low for about 8 hours, til potatoes are done. Sprinkle with a little cheddar cheese & serve!
