Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
16 oz. of low fat sour cream4 cups of cheddar/monterey jack cheese shredded1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 stick of butter1 28 oz. pkg. of frozen diced hashbrownsruffles potato chips
Directions
Mix ingredients all together. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put into a 13X9 baking dish. sprinkle crushed potato chips on top of casserole. Bake for 30-45 minutes until bubbling. Servings 20-24. Serving size 1/2 cup.
