Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast2 cups chicken broth1 cup salsa1 can corn, undrainedfresh cilantro (optional)shredded cheese (optional)tortilla chips (optional)
Directions
Boil chicken in broth. When cooked through, shred chicken, skim fat from broth and return chicken to pan. Add salsa and can of corn with juice. Heat and eat! Add some fresh chopped cilantro and somoe shredded cheese if you like or use some tortilla chips as a spoon.
