Morrocan Chicken with Chickpeas

Ingredients
1 lb of Chicken Breast1 can 384ml of Chickpeas1 large onion Chopped1 lemon, ends trimmed, sliced then quartered3 tbsp of flour1 tsp salt.1 tsp pepper2 cups, fat free low sodium chicken borth
Directions
Cube Chicken, Coat with Flour, salt and pepper. In a non Stick skillet. Sear on all sides, Add 1 chopped onion, 1 lemon, ends and seeds removed, sliced and quatered.

Cook over med -high heat for about 4 minutes, add canned Chick peas and broth, Simmer covered for 25 minutes, Add 6 chpooed olives and simmer 5 minutes more, Server over rice.
