Chicken Picata

Ingredients
5 bonless skinless chicken breasts1 jar artichoke hearts in marinade - drained1 small can black olives - drained1 small jar of sliced mushrooms - drained1 cup of reduced sodium chicken broth3oz white wime3 garlic cloves
Directions
cook chicken breasts until almost done in very little olive oil, add chicken broth and white wine, cook until chicken is done. Add artichokes black olives, mushrooms and garlic cloves. Let simmer until ready to serve.
