Chicken, Broccoli, and Red Potato Casserole

2 cups chicken breast, cooked and diced1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli1 can cream of mushroom soup1 large red potato, diced
Cook chicken and cut into little pieces.
Place in the bottom of a casserole dish.
Dice a large red potato and spread throughout dish. Pour 1 1/2cups of broccoli (fresh or frozen) over the dish. Finally, add the cream of mushroom soup and blend together. Cook at 375 for about 40 minutes.
Serves 2.
