Simple Sweet 'N Sour Meatball Simmer

Ingredients
3/4 Lb. (3/4 of 16 oz. pkg.) frozen prepared meatballs1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables 1/2 C. read and yellow peppers1/2 C. onions1/4 C. apricot spreadable fruit1/4 C. Kraft Free Catelina Dressing2 T. soy sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large skillet; cover.
Cook on medium-high heat 10 min. or until meatballs and vegetables are heated through stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked brown rice or whole wheat pasta, if desired.

Special extra: Add 1/2 tsp. each ground ginger and garlic powder to the sauce while cooking.
