Shrimp Sunomono

Ingredients
Cucumber (1 small, peeled)Shrimp (1/4 lb, cooked)Vinegar (1/3 cup)Sugar (2 Tbsp)Sake (1 tsp)
Directions
Cut cucumber into thin round slices.
Pour boiled water over shrimp in a strainer.
Mix vinegar, sugar, and sake in a bowl.
Add cucumber slices and shrimp in the bowl and mix well.
