Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
1 Lb Ground Hamburger lean2 cups Chi Chi Salsa2 TB low sodium taco seasoning1/4 teaspoon cumin 3/4 cup FF sour Cream6 Azteca Flour Tortilla's taco size1 1/2 cups Sargento Co Jack Shredded Cheese1 cup Shredded LettuceBrown Hamburger until no longer pink drain grease. Mix in Salsa, Cumin, and taco seasoning until heated through. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Layer 3 tortillas in bottom of pan, put half of meat mixture on top, then half of the sour cream, half the cheese, and repeat layers. Bake COVERED in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20 min. Then remove cover / foil and bake an additional 5-10 min. Let cool for 5 min and top with Shredded lettuce. Makes 6 servings.
