Ingredients
3 cups shredded pork1/2 28 oz can (1 1/2 cups) green chile enchilada saucecilantro to taste1/2 cup brown sugar12 mission tortillas (8 inch)
Directions
Makes 12 burritos with one tortilla shell and 1/4 cup of filling each.

Mix ingredients together, place in tortilla shell, serve with spanish rice, sour cream, cheese, beans and fresh tomatoes and lettuce.
