Star's Mashed Potatoes

10lb bag of Idaho potatoes4 tablespoons of margarine3/4 cup of milksalt to taste
Peel and cut potatoes in bite sizes
Set in pan to boil. Add just a little salt to water. Let boil for about 1 hour or until soft when poked with a fork.
Once done, drain potatoes. In pan or bowl, add margarine, or butter to potatoes, slowly add milk. If hand mashed only enough milk to be fluffy. If with mixture slowly add until potatoes are fluffy and no lumps.
Salt and pepper to taste
This recipe is for a large family or get together. Yield apx. for 24. Leftover makes good potatoe pancakes for breakfast.
