Lentil Soup with Sausage and Kale

Ingredients
Tbsl Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 lb bulk ot italian sausage1 med onion chopped3 - 4 cloves garlic1/2 pound cremini mushrooms thinly sliced1 baking potato diced2 springs rosemary3 springs thymesal andn pepper1/4 cup tomato paste4 cups chicken stock2 cups water1 bunch kale - thick stems removed and shred leaves
Directions
Heal large pot over med heat with one turn of the pan of extra virgin oilive oil. Once hot add the sasage and saute for 3 - 4 minutes, breaking it up. to the browned sausage, add the onion, garlic mushrooms, potato rosemare thjyme, salt pepper and the tomato paste. Cook for 3 -4 min.. Add the stock and 2 cups of water, turnm the heat up to high and bring up to a bubble. Add the lentils and the kale, stir until the kale wilts in then turn the heat down.
