Baked Haddock Au Gratin

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter2 tbsp flour1/2 tsp salt1 cup skim milk1/2 cub grated sharp cheese2 tsp lemon juice5 oz haddock
Directions
melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and salt, stir until blended. Slowlyu add milk and bring to boil. Stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Blend in cheese and lemon juice. Arrange haddock in greased shallow baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over top. Sprinkle with bread crubs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min
