Black Bean and Plantain Burritos

Ingredients
2 tbs olive oil2 cloves or garlic, minced0.5 cup onion, chopped1 can black beans (Bush's)1 can refried black beans (Roserita)2 plantains, blackened and choppedCorn tortillas
Directions
Saute garlic and onions in olive oil in a pot.

Add both cans of beans (two can's Bush's can be used if one is completely drained).

When beans are almost done, add plantains.

Mix and heat throughly.

Put on tortillas and enjoy!
