Chinese Beef with Asparagus

Ingredients
* 1Tbs soy sauce* 1tsp cornstarch* 1tsp grated ginger* 1lb. flank steak,thin sliced* 2Tbs veg. oil* 1lb. asparagus-cut diagonally into 1/4" slices* 3Tbs hoisin dauce
Directions
Combine soy sauce,cornstarch and grated ginger. Add the beef and marinate 20-30 mins. Heat oil in wok or saute pan. Stir fry the the asparagus 2-3 mins. Push aside. Stir fry the beef 3-4 mins until done. Return vegetables to beef. Stir in hoisin sauce and serve at once.
