Amish Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled1 medium sweet onion, chopped6 eggs, lightly beaten4 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed16 ounces lowfat cottage cheese2 cups lowfat shredded chedder cheese2 cups lowfat shredded swiss cheese
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; transfer to a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes or until set and bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
