Cake:1 cup milk1 can pumkin (15 ounce)3 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup splenda1/2 cup sugar4 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon vanilla2 tablespoons oilTopping3/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup splenda2 tablespoons butter2 tablespoons whole wheat flour2 teaspoons cinnomin
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray non stick spray on 13 x 9 pan.

Mix all cake ingredients and put into pan.

Mix all topping ingredients and put on top of cake.

Bake for 25-35 minnutes.
