Garbanzo Bean, Tuna and Onion Salad with a Creamy Lemon Dressing

1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt (I use greek style)3 tbsp mayonnaise1.5 tbsp dijon mustard1 tsp grated lemon peel1-6 oz. can solid white tuna in spring water, drained2 tbsp fresh lemon juice3 cups garbanzo beans (chickpeas), cooked or from can, drained1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Whisk yogurt, mayo, mustard and lemon peel in small bowl to blend.
Toss tuna with lemon juice in large bowl.
Add chickpeas, onion, celery, tomatoes, parsley and yogurt dressing to bowl. Toss to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Can be prepared up to 6 hours in advance. Cover and chill.
