Ingredients
1 cup milk6 tbsp. flour1 can (10 oz.) Chunk white chicken, undrained1 can (15 oz.) cream style yellow sweet corn1 can (15.25 oz.) yellow sweet corn, undrained2 cups frozen southern style hash browns2 cans (14.5 oz.) fat free/reduced sodium chicken broth1/2 cup chopped yellow onions1 cup chopped red bell peppers
Directions
Blend together milk and flour in a 4 quart pan. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Heat, simmering for 15 minutes or until hot and thick. Stir occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.

    I used cornstarch to thicken, omitted the peppers (which I don't like) and added celery instead. Super easy and delicious. - 12/31/08
