Ingredients
2 pound boneless beef roast, cubed4-6 celery ribs, sliced6-8 carrots, sliced6 potatoes, cubed2 onions, sliced28oz tomatoes, diced1/4 c minute tapioca1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp dried basil 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. cover. cook on low 8-10 hours.
3. Serves 6-8.
