1 English Muffin, split1/4 cup Ragu Pizza Sauce1/4 cup 2% Shredded Chedder or Mozzerella cheese
Split the muffins and toast them lightly. Spread sauce over both halves of the muffin, then cover with cheese. Bake at 425 until cheese begins to brown.

This was another quick and easy meal that can be made with your little one. For mine, I used whole wheat english muffins. It was good, but I think next time I will cut the amount of pizza sauce. Thanks for sharing and giving me more variety than the standard english muffin w/ cream cheese. - 11/19/07
