Low Calorie Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 2/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp. Baking Soda¼ tsp. cinnamon½ tsp. salt 1 cup plus 2 tbs. Splenda½ cup Egg Beater½ cup No Sugar Added Applesauce3 ½ Ripe Bananas2 tbs. low fat sour cream1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
1. Preheat over to 350 Degrees
2. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Beat sugar and egg beaters with whisk until light and fluffy.
4. Drizzle in applesauce
5. Add mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla.
6. Fold in flour mixture.
7. Spray bread pan with non-stick cooking spray
8. Bake 45 minutes

Makes usually 10-13 slices of bread.
