Vegan Banana Muffin

Ingredients
1.5 cups AP flour.25 cup canola oil3 very ripe bananas-mashed.5 cup sugar1 tbsp pysllium husk (with 2 tbsp water) as egg replacer1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Mix wet (including prepared egg replacement) and add dry.
Stir until just mixed, add to lightly sprayed muffin tin.
Bake 325 for about 17 minutes(depending on your oven-mine is abnormally hot)
