Asian Beef Stew

2 lbs beef tips1 green bell pepper1 red bell pepper1 yellow bell pepper1 orange bell pepper1 medium red onion16 oz button mushrooms, whole4 medium yellow squash1 cup soy sauce1 tbsp crushed red pepper1 cup sesame seeds1.5 tbsp ground black pepper4 - 5 cups water
Coarsly chop onion and peppers. Half longways and slice yellow squash. Set squash aside.
Add all ingredients to crockpot except squash in the following order to insure through cooking: beef tips, sprinkle 1/2 of sesame seeds, mushrooms, chopped bell peppers and onions.
Spread evenly remaining sesame seeds, soy sauce, crushed red pepper and ground black pepper.
Cook 10 hours on low. Next, add yellow squash and stir throughly. Allow to cook an additional 2 hours on low.
Serving size: 1 cup
