-2 thawed roll out pie crusts-One large can of chicken-One can mixed vegetables-One can diced potatoes-One can whole kernal corn-One can cream of potato soup
Roll one pie crust into pie pan. In a mixing bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, corn, potatoes, and potato soup together. I only use 1/2 can of water when adding the soup. Once mixed, pour mixture into pie plate. Place second pie crust on top of mixture and make sure edges are sealed.
Bake for one hour at 350°. If top isn't golden brown, broil for about 4 minutes after the hour.
