Orange Juice Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Orange Juice, 0.5 cup Salt, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp Flour, whole grain, 2 cup
Directions
Blend first 5 ingredients well. Mix together last 4 (dry) ingredients and then slowly add to the wet mixture. Pour into a greased bread pan or muffin tins and bake at 325 until crust in golden, about 45 minutes for loaf. Makes one loaf with approximately 10 slices.
