High Protein Pancakes: Lindsay Wagner's (makes 10)

Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour1 c corn meal1 c oat bran1 3/4 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt3 T sunflower seeds3 T sesame seeds, ground to consistency of corn meal2 T nutritional yeast4 T cold-pressed vegetable oil2 T honey2 c soy milk
Directions
Combine dry ingredients.
Melt honey, if required. Combine with milk and oil. Wisk together.
Pour liquid into dry: mix well.
Cook as you would any pancake.
Batter tends to be thick, so either manually spread it out in the pan or add more milk.
