Ingredients
-Egg-1 tsp Smart Balance-Light english muffin-2% cheese single-Vegetarian sausage patty
Directions
-Bake veggie sausage at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
-Toast the english muffin.
-Spray Pam in a bowl. Scramble your egg in the bowl. -Add salt and pepper and microwave for 30 seconds or until cooked.
-Spread butter on your english muffin.
-Assemble.
