Ingredients
28oz can of crushed tomatoes1 large raw onion, chopped4 cups tomatoes, chopped5 cloves garlic1 large potato, chopped1 can chickpeas, rinsed4 cups fresh spinach, chopped6 cups watersalt, pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients into a slow cook and cook on medium for up to 4 hours, or until potatoes and chick peas are tender.
