Irish Boiled Dinner

Ingredients
1 4lb corned beef brisket, with seasoning packet2 large onions15 small white potatoes (irish potatoes)10 carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces2 heads cabbage
Directions
rinse brisket under cold water.
Place in large pan cover by 6 inches of water.
Add season packet and 2 onions (peeled).
Bring to rolling boil for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to med-low, cover and continue to cook 3 hours.
Remove onions and cut into wedges. Return to pan with carrots, then cut up cabbage, then top with potatoes.
Continue to cook another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
