This sounded so awesome I recalculated the whole thing to save to my recipe box for two servings instead of four. All I added was a tsp of lemon zest to wilt the spinach instead of steaming it. The total calories comes to 351.8 per serving for a 4 oz fillet. I CAN'T wait to try this!!! - 5/24/09

This was amazing and it looks super fancy on the plate. I felt like a gourmet chef! It only took about 30 minutes. I didn't have champaigne, so I used cooking Sherry. Taste is fantastic. The man even sat back and said "YUM" afterwards. - 2/6/11

I figured out what happened (because when I started out I did the same thing once). The recipe as calculated is likely for 1 filet instead of 4. It's so easy to do that. It's stil only 339 cal/svg for an incredible dish. I've got steelhead filets that I've been wanting to treat specially. Easy fix! - 2/1/09

this sounds like a tasty and easy recipe to make; but I can't understand why there is a discrepancy on the number of calories! - 12/21/08

I used canned red salmon and served it over a mixed salad (tomatoes, carrots, etc) with spinach leaves. Very nice dinner salad. And of course I had to drink champagne with it! Here's to 93 calories I suspect are much more. - 2/2/08

Sounds delicious but the calorie count is way off - it's more like 400 calories per serving, not 73! - 5/29/07

Excellent. I loved the taste with the sauce and over spinach. I grilled the salmon (steamed) and used a steamer for the spinach. Was wonderful. - 4/15/07
