Lemon Baked Cod

Ingredients
4 cod fillets1/4 c butter2 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1/4 c flourpaprika
Directions
Mix butter and lemon juice. In another bowl mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip fish in butter mixture; coat fish with flour mixture. place fish in ungreased baking dish. pour remaining butter mixture over fish; sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Tasty and low in calories. Also looked very good when taken out of oven. I used frozen fillets. I used soya butter and lemon juice and melted them in microwave - good taste to fish. - 12/14/09
