Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground chicken2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt1 tsp. pepper1 tsp. cumin1 Tbsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes1/2 tsp. garlic1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions
Mix all above ingredients together and let flavors meld in refrigerator at least 3 hours. Form into patties and pan fry or grill.

    Delicious! I used ranch dressing for the buns we ate them in. Also used shredded chicken breast, because we don't have ground chicken. Used 2 eggs to hold it together .. and it was super delicious! - 9/5/11
