*Tilapia, 12 oz (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .33 cup (remove)Cheddar Cheese, .33 cup, shredded (remove)Scallions, raw, 1 small (3" long) (remove)Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix topping and spread evenly over fish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 min. Serve with steamed rice and veg.
