1/2 c. Fat Free Milk.7 oz zucchini slices5 oz. frozen peaches5 oz frozen pineapple1/2 a scoop of Whey Protein Powder (14g)
Directions
Add all ingredients in blend and mix until smooth.

This is a basic protein smoothie, with a touch of tropical flavor. Add frozen berries or Peanut Butter for a touch of even more flavor.
