Stew Pigeon Peas and Chicken

Ingredients
marinated chicken parts2 cups pigeon peas1/4 cup coconut milk3 tsp sugar2 tsp Chopped Onion 1 Pimentos1 tsp Garlic1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Use half olive oil in hot pot, add pigeon peas. Let steam for a few seconds, add 1/4 cup water and coconut milk. Cook until peas are tender.
While peas are cooking add remaining oil in another pot and add sugar, let brown, then add marinated chicken and ketchup. let chicken brown, add water. Combine the chicken with the cooked pigeon peas and add all other ingredients. Cook for an additional 15 minutes. Serve with rice/pasta/provision/vetetables
