Ingredients
1 cup asparagus,if canned, then rinse and drain to remove excess salt.one whole fresh egg1/2 cup Southwestern egg beaters1 slice Borden fat free cheddar slice
Directions
prepare asparagus, precook fresh or rinse and drain canned.
Mix one whole egg with egg beaters and place in microwave bowl with asparagus
Microwave for two minutes on high
add cheese slice and microwave for one minute more.
adjust time for your microwave
