Velveeta Baked Mac & cheese

Ingredients
2 c. macaroni1/3 package of velveeta1 1/4 c. milk3 tbls flour3 tbls butter/margarineSalt/Pepper to taste
Directions
cook macaroni
melt butter in sauce pan
add flour and stir together
add milk and stir until bubbly
add Velveeta slowly and stir until smooth

Drain macaroni and put in buttered casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour cheese sauce on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes (covered). Remove cover and bake 10 minutes additional for crusty top.

    this is very similar to my own recipe. we also put some breadcrumbs on the top and dash with paprika - 3/16/09
