Imitation CrabLow Fat Cream CheeseWon ton wrappersOil (canola)Garlic Salt Egg White
Mix up the Crab and Cream cheese in a small bowl, add flavorings of your choice (I added a tiny pinch of salt, garlic salt, and some lemon juice) ... mix together so the crab is really fine.
Mix 1 egg white and 1 tbsp water into a small bowl. Brush edges of wonton wrappers with egg whites, the put a small tbsp of the crab mixture near the edge of the wrapper. Close the wonton wrapper to be shaped as a triangle, be sure all the edges are pressed in and brush the outside with the egg white mixture.
Heat up canola oil in a pan, and fry until golden brown. For a more heart healthy and calorie friendly way, put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
