Meatball Stroganoff

Ingredients
Ground Beef - 1 lb1/2 cut chopped onions1 large egg1/4 cup bread crumbs1 can of cream of mushroom soup3/4 cup reduced fat sour cream1/2 cup watersalt & pepper
Directions
Combine ground beef, onions, egg, breadcrumbs, salt & pepper. Make meatballs approximately 1 inch in size.

Saute in a skillet until cooked throughout. Add soup, sour cream, and water. Stir until mixed. Simmer 5 minutes until hot.

Serves 6.

Can be served over noodles or rice, or just eaten plain.

Substituting ground turkey instead of ground beef would cut the calories by about 70 calories per serving.
