Green Pea Herb Coscous

Ingredients
2 cups water1 cup frozen sweet baby peas1 10-oz package of couscous2 T Olive Oil2 T parsley1 t salt1 tsp pepper
Directions
Boil water and add peas. Return to boil. Add couscous stirring well. Cover and remove from heat for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.

In a large bowl whisk together parsley blend and olive oil. Add couscous tossing gently to coat. Add salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
