Excellent. The only subs made was a few dashes of ACV instead of the wine and regular tomatoes instead of plum tomatoes. - 6/2/19

I love this recipe but can't have regular pasta. I use Konjac noodles instead. While it does change the texture a bit, the flavors are awesome! - 5/29/19

Great idea & it could be done with other vegetables as we do not grow asparagus. - 5/25/19

Wow! This was really good! Very light and healthy. The only thing I added was some oregano. My husband is even bringing leftovers to work tomorrow! Thanks for posting! - 6/23/11

I really enjoyed this. I added tuna (chuck light in water) for extra protein and used sun-dried tomatoes since I didn't have any fresh. It was wonderful, am looking forward to the leftovers for lunch. - 5/25/11

This is excellent with a touch of goat cheese sprinkled on top! Adds a little more fat/ calories, but definitely worth it! - 1/9/10
