Lebanese Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups red lentils5 baby carrots2 onions2 tomatoes1 small potato4-5 cups water2 tbsp cumin1 tbsp buttersalt to taste
Directions
1. Coarsely chop onion, potato, and tomato.
2. Add all the ingredients to a large pot.
3. Cook for about 20 minutes.
4. Use a food processor or blender to make the soup smooth.
5. Serve and enjoy!
