Microwave Polenta

Ingredients
1 cup low sodium stock (or plain water)1/4 cup Cornmeal1 tbsp Yoghurt whey (the watery stuff on the top of plain yoghurt) or 1 tsp lemon juiceSalt and pepper taste
Directions
1. Mix cornmeal and stock in microwave safe bowl
2. Add a little pepper and the yoghurt whey
3. Microwave on high for three minutes
4. Stir
5. Microwave on high for two more minutes
