Fish and Poultry Marinade

Ingredients
1 cup soy sauce3 tbsp honey1 tbsp coarse mustard2 tbsp fresh lemon juice1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro1/2 tsp black pepper1 clove finely chopped garlic1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp dried or fresh dill weed1/2 cup water1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Pour over fish or poultry and marinate for at least an hour. Cook fish or meat as desired.
