Sauteed Cabbage

Ingredients
One half pound bacon2 large stalks celery, diced1 medium onion, sliced thin3/4 head cabbage, slicedSalt/ Pepper to taste
Directions
cook bacon until crumbly. Remove bacon from pan leaving some grease. Add onion and celery to pan and cook to tender. Add Cabbage and stir, cover. cook, stirring occasionally until cabbage is semi-tender. Salt and Peper to taste. Garnish with crispy bacon.
