Low carb low fat mouse

Ingredients
6 oz fat free evaporated milk, chilled1 pkg fat free sugar free instant flavored jello4 oz fat free philadelphia cream cheese3/4 c boiling water
Directions
Makes 16 squares.
*8 x 8 pan
chill milk in fridge and set out cream cheese 1 hour before preparation.
whip milk in cold bowl until it looks like whipped cream.
In small bowl, Prepare jello with boiling water until dissolved.
Mix in cream cheese with a whisk until well blended and frothy looking.
Fold milk into jello and cheese mixture until blended well.
Pour into a pan and chill for 8 hours.
